In Sanskrit, "Amrita" refers to the magical elixir of eternal youth. Raffles Amrita Spa is located in one of the most spectacular natural settings on earth, inspired by the pristine elements of the Caribbean Sea the winds, sounds and colors of the water. 9 thatched-roofed palapa suites that serve as double treatment rooms. Two Grand Palapas are set over the water with glass bottoms floors.

Deep Sea Fishing

St Vincent & The Grenadines is a paradise, where a fisherman’s dream can turn into reality as its waters offer the enthusiast a chance to hook a prize catch such as Blue Marlin, Spearfish, Wahoo, Jack fish, Sailfish, Billfish, Giant Black & Yellow fin tunas, Mahi Mahi and the ever present Barracuda. Please note that Deep Sea Fishing Boats do not allow larger groups than ten (10) persons per boat (3 boats available) with a minimum of four (4) persons per boat. The waters of St Vincent & The Grenadines are teemed with sea life including a variety of dolphins and rare whale species.

Scuba Diving

Canouan Island has some of the finest diving in the Southern Grenadines.
Canouan Dive Centre is a full PADI resort offering scuba diving for all levels of experience, from complete beginner to the very experienced. The Dive sites are all around Canouan itself; dive sites as far as Mustique in the North and Union Island in the South can also be approached. The Canouan Dive Center is also conducting regular Discovery Dive course and bubble maker courses for children and adults and even offers a basic beginners dive course on site at Raffles Canouan The Grenadines Resort.

We invite you to experience the natural beauty of our island as we take you on an island tour. During the tour you can stop at various viewpoints to take pictures to remind you of this memorable vacation. Learn about the island history as the tour leaves through the East coast road discovering spots which offer spectacular views to the Islands of Mayreau, the Tobago Keys, Union & Palm Island and as far as Petit St Vincent. Passing by local settlements heading towards the fishery - a small village itself that caters for the entire island in a traditional way - will grant an insight view of local culture and life-style. Snorkeling Trip to the Tobago Cays with sailing Catamaran

The famous, breathtaking “Tobago Cays” are a cluster of four uninhabited islands, protected by the world famous "horseshoe reef". Tobago Cays are a National Marine Park of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Only accessible by yacht, these islands are a MUST SEE when visiting the Grenadines! They offer superb snorkeling opportunities with turtles and perfect beaches. Boats are from 85 feet sailing catamaran to speedboats for smaller groups. Visit Bequia – full day

Land at John Mitchell Airport or arrive by Power Catamaran and be ready to board a small open Bequia-style tour van. The Boat House, the 18th Century Fort Hamilton, the Old Hegg Turtle Sanctuary, Admiralty Bay at Port Elizabeth, the Banana Patch Studio, the “Moon hole” are parts of your personalized day tour on “The biggest of the Grenadines islands”.

Visit St Vincent – full day

With a history dating back to 1765, St. Vincent is the biggest island with rugged mountainous terrain, lush forest, valleys and waterfalls. Guided tours are available on the island such as:

• “The Waterfall”: Visit the Trinity Water falls and the majestic falls of Baleine. Surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, this 63ft waterfall plunges into a large rock line pool where swimming in the refreshing river water is a must.
• “Nature Trail & Historic Adventure”: This is a scenic tour through the capital, Kingstown, with its colonial and modern architecture; Fort Charlotte, The Nature Trail site and the St. Vincent Parrot Reserve.

Visit St Lucia

Rich in natural beauty, this tropical island beckons the visitor to explore. Historical, cultural and heritage sites can be found throughout the island. Several guided tours are available such as:

• “Down in the Valley”: On this historical day trip you will get a glimpse of the capital city Castries, the cathedral, the Governor’s mansion, which overlooks Castries and the world famous Marigot Bay...
• “A Heritage Encounter”: Visit the Folk Research Center; housed in a well - preserved colonial mansion, for the viewing of a slide presentation on the cultural heritage of the Island.
• “The Spice Life”: Visit the capital city of Castries, the quaint fishing village of Anse-la-Rayne, the Botanical Gardens and St. Lucia’s healing Mineral Baths. Have a tour of the factory and the production line of fine jams, sauces, hot sauces and several types of condiment.
• “The West Coast & Soufriere Volcano”: In Soufriere, you will tour the world's only drive-in volcano with its bubbling holes of sulphuric waters, the Botanical Gardens and the Diamond Waterfall.

Visit Mopion et Petit St. Vincent

We will take you to the exclusive island of Petit St Vincent, a 113-acre island that is almost surrounded protected waters and white-sand beaches. The Island offers stunning beaches and loving attention by the owner of this resort Island. Located just offshore of Petit St. Vincent are two low lying light pink pure coral sand idyllic sandbars, Punaise and Mopion.

Visit Mustique

Whether you choose an approx one-hour ride with one of our speedboats or a good three hours sail (both one-way approx figures) with our catamaran, Mustique is truly worth a visit. Once in Mustique you could either rent one of the islands golf cars and explore the island on your own or take a guided taxi tour (both chargeable), horse riding (seasonable) and various water activities are just a few activities you will find in Mustique. One of the most popular places on the islands eastern coast is Macaroni Beach; on the western coast you will find secluded bays such as Lagoon Bay, Britannia Bay and Endeavor Bay, which are all perfect for snorkeling. Recommended venues for light lunches is the famous Basil’s Bar, Cotton House and Firefly (advanced reservations are recommended).
