The 17th century church can accommodate up to 90 guests seated on pews and chairs or up to 200 guests standing only.

Flower Arrangements

Caribbean flowers provide stunning eye appeal and are sure to enhance this special event that you are planning. We offer an assortment of floral displays from table accents to full-length floor models. Our design team will be delighted to discuss your aspirations at your convenience and will provide quotes for special arrangements upon request. Boutonnières and bouquets can be created to match your dress or specific theme.

Entertainment

At Raffles Canouan we offer a variety of bands and entertainment. With sufficient notice we will gladly quote performers and repertoire that your event may require. Traditional wedding music is also available on CD.

Photographer Service is available to capture every moment of your very special day.

Ice and Fruit Carvings

To give the cocktail or dinner buffet a spectacular look, our Chef can provide hand carved Masterpieces upon request. The ice carvings are sculptured out of blocks of ice. The fruit carvings are individually created out of different kinds of exotic fruits and vegetables. If you would like to personalize your carving, our Chef would be delighted to assist you to explore all possibilities.

Cocktail reception venues

Bellini's Bar

Cascading water features, as well as views of the golf course and Mount Royal, will await guests at Bellini's Bar while they enjoy a selection of fine cocktails and signature bellinis. Bellini's Bar can accommodate up to 100 guests.

Godhal's Beach Bar and Grill

will prove to be a reception favorite, with it's beautiful views of the ocean and unspoiled coral reef of Canouan. Built from tropical woods, bamboo and palm trees, this will be an ideal venue for you and your guests. Godhal's Beach Bar and Grill can accommodate up to 200 guests. Dramatically placed on the top of Breezy Point is Villa Monte Carlo, a grand villa styled after a Mediterranean Palace and designed to transport you back to a time when evening galas were truly grand. Our outdoor terrace will display all of Canouan's beauty to you and your guests. The Villa Monte Carlo Terrace can accommodate up to 60 guests.

La Varenne

Adjacent to the Trump Club Privee, La Varenne offers panoramic views of the Caribbean, overlooking the resort and the islands of St. Vincent & The Grenadines.

La Varenne Terrace

offers a grassy outdoor setting next to La Varenne Restaurant, which will allow your guests to enjoy the gorgeous Canouan weather. La Varenne Terrace can accommodate up to 100 guests. Also, La Varenne Terrace, with the doors open to La Varenne Restaurant, can accommodate up to 150 guests.

JambuBar

our lounge and martini-prosecco bar at the beachfront pool, is surrounded by a calming water feature and displays a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. JambuBar can accommodate up to 60 guests. JambuBar including the pool area can accommodate up to 160 guests.

Wedding receptions

Our Grand Ballroom, which is located at Villa Monte Carlo, offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the resort. The rotunda shaped room opens onto La Varenne and is the ideal location to host family and friends.

Wedding Receptions at the Ballroom can be hosted up to 200 Guests. Wedding Receptions at La Varenne can be hosted up to 70 Guest. The Ballroom with the doors open to La Varenne can host wedding parties for 270 guests.

La Piazza our stylish Italian Concept and Jambu’s Restaurant with it’s trans-ethnic cuisine, are offering you the perfect venue with or without live entertainment and dancing.

Wedding Receptions at the La Piazza’s first floor’s can be hosted up to 60 Guests. Wedding Receptions in Jambu’s Restaurant can be hosted up to 160 Guest.

Marriage procedures

Visitors who wish to marry in The Grenadines must be residents in St. Vincent and The Grenadines for one (1) clear day (the arrival day is not included) before obtaining the marriage license. Upon arrival to Canouan each guest is presented with a customs and immigration form. This form is needed as proof of residency when applying for the marriage license in St. Vincent. The Governor General’s License, which is a Special License, must be obtained at the Ministry of Justice, Kingstown, St. Vincent.. Father Garroway is the preferred Justice of The Peace on Canouan to perform civil wedding ceremonies. Applicants must produce their passports. Where an applicant was previously married it is necessary to produce a certificate of dissolution of the marriage or if widowed a death certificate in English. A Marriage Officer, who has been duly appointed to perform such ceremonies, or the Register of the High Court, must perform the ceremony. For those wishing to be married at the Raffles Canouan the wedding documents must be filled out completely and brought to the minister of your choice.
